Job description

In our authorized service center
has a vacancy for a service manager 

Responsibilities.:

-Work with clients to conclude agreements for the provision of Service services (commissioning, repair, maintenance, installation) upon incoming requests;
-Provide the client with options for spare parts and materials for the equipment;
-Formulate schedules for the departure of masters to fulfill service orders

 

Requirements:

-Experience in telephone sales, call centers or customer service 
-Readiness for multitasking and systematic work;
-Confident skills in using Excel, 1C, CRM
